Crescera Group is a Navi Mumbai–focused land and real estate company specializing in land clearance, land acquisition and strategic land investment opportunities across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

We identify agricultural land in emerging development corridors influenced by government acquisition, land pooling, town planning and major infrastructure projects. We undertake the necessary title verification, legal due diligence, revenue record checks and documentation processes, acquire suitable land and offer selected opportunities to retail investors, HNIs and other investors.
